Access your storage unit 24/7 at our Custer location, and from 7 AM to 8 PM at our Spearfish location.
How do I pay my storage bill?

Am I required to store long-term?
Store with us short or long-term. We offer flexible month-to-month leases.

We offer 24-hour digital video surveillance, electronic gate entry, and perimeter fencing.
Do I need a climate-controlled unit?
If you plan to store weather-sensitive items such as artwork, photos, or household appliances, you may need a climate-controlled unit. These units protect your belongings from any damage for intense temperatures and humidity.
What type of parking do you offer?
We offer outdoor parking for cars, boats, and RVs.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items or liquids.
